Gallup created a language of the 34 most common talents based on a 40-year study of human strengths. The Clifton StrengthsFinder assessment test helps individuals discover and describe these natural talents.

Determining your top 5 strengths by taking the test is the first step in the process.

Go to and take the Clifton StrengthsFinder assessment or visit your local book store and purchase a copy of StrengthFinders2.0 by Tom Rath. With the Access Code provided in the book visit and take the assessment.

After you take the test…

Contact me to set up an initial one-hour meeting to discover the potential and power of your strengths after you have completed the assessment and you have your print friendly Signature Theme Report and Top Five Theme Insight and Statements.

Then you can decide to allow me to help you to own and take responsibility for your unique strengths. I begin with a minimum of three one hour sessions at times convenient to you.

Together we can watch how you begin to experience a better quality of life, and become more engaged and successful in your chosen career!
